One thing I forgot to mention that I was reminded of reading other reviews after responding was that I too found problems with booking online with the payment by my credit card freezing and therefore not completing. Leaving me unsure if I’d been debited or not.
I decided after a couple of failed attempts to book online to contact you by telephone and make the booking by speaking directly to a person after which no problems at all and excellent service.
