Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your comments and responding to our request for a review. The review we are asking you to comment on is the process of purchasing our Travel Insurance online or over the telephone.

The review or a claim, if one was to be made would be sent from the company that deals and administers a possible claim.

I am sorry if this is confusing, it would difficult for us to ask for a review from our customers regarding the claims process as not all of our customers will make a claim.

Chris Hollingsworth Thank you so much for replying to my submitted comments. You are the only company to do so. Everything we do these days e.g. Booking flights, insurance, trains, coaches, hotels and buying from the internet want to find out how they have done. I have found that if we don't reply to the first request we are bombarded with more until we finally give in. It is a form of bullying as far as I'm concerned. It makes me not want to have contact with these companies again but everyone is starting to do it so where does that leave people like me who do not want these mails? Like most people in this world, I have moans about much of the services being offered on a day to day basis. I often feel that I should say something but never do so I suppose I should not complain when I'm not happy about something but when a company asks for a review form to be completed, they must accept what I write. You have and have replied answering my questions which I really do appreciate. Going back to the review, I have always been more than happy with your service whilst booking travel insurance with you - that's why I stay with you. Although I could have made a claim, I haven't but hopefully I will 'stay' with JS Insurance if I ever do make a claim. Thank you once again for following up my review comments. Susan Poole

Trek to 4167m cost double trek to 4000m

Overaqll good product. One problem: to trek to 4167m we were required to take out insurance to trek to 6000m, at double the premium for trekking to 4000m. Surely a sliding scale or some flexibility...
