We do see the letter you have sent to our Customer Service department regarding this. While we have not received a response back from Nolitours and the resort I do see it may take up to 8 weeks for us to receive one. We do apologize for the length in time this takes. We will be sending a follow up with Nolitours as we are the third party involved in your booking and will let you know the response as soon as we receive it. While you did book with itravel2000 the supplier of the product is Nolitours and as per their due process they have to review all post travel concerns regarding client's trips.
