no nothing has been sorted i was lied to by man at isango i no this but they checked there phone calls and say this is wrong due to there incompetence we had to pay 28 euro twice for 15 people a lot of money SO BAD NO OFFER TO PUT THIS RIGHT my rating still stands a young lady did call to try and find out whats wrong and said she would do something and get back .

When we phoned to confirm our booking we were told that there was no pick up when on our reservation it was indicated that there was. We spent a whole day calling the UK and spanish office. Ladies...

We had problems to confirm our booking as the ladies who answered the phone at both UK and the Spanish office did not seem to know their job well. We were told that our tour did not have a pick up point at Lloret de Mar when it was written on our booking print out. After a whole day calling both offices, a gentleman from the UK office confirmed that were right. Our day at Barcelona was spent on the mobile to confirm our tour of the next day. I had a booking for a group of 6 people.
