Its important to have this birth sticker because we need to make sure your midwives who will be caring for you see that you have prepared using Natal Hypnotherapy because you are very likely to be more relaxed and calm compared to other women in labour. Labour ward midwives often use how a mum sounds and appears (levels of anxiety etc) as a guide to wear she is in labour. If they don't know you are using Natal Hypnotherapy, they may send you home. You need to make sure they know and we thought a sticker might be helpful because mums in labour don't always feel like chatting to midwives who have just come on shift.
A couple of days ago we had another customer feedback that the labour ward midwife was dismissive that she was in labour and was going to send her home (a frequent occurrence). When the mum said she was feeling the head, the midwife thought should she would do an internal exam only to find the mum was fully dilated and ready to push.
I appreciate you may feel it is a marketing message but I think that the birth sticker helps midwives know what preparation a mum has done and therefore to care for her more appropriately. I hope that that is something all women would wish for.
Thanks for your feedback on this and maybe we need to do a better job of explaining the 'stickers' function.

I am sorry you experienced this problem and I have now tracked down your email. It was misfiled and as a result it went off our 'radar' screen. I apologise for this error on our part and that you did not get what you wanted.
I have therefore refunded you in full and will email you separately with a discount code for future purchases. I am liaising with a new trade customer in New Zealand so it may be that they will be able to help you more quickly next time. I will send you her details.
Further to the problem you experienced I am also looking into some 'customer service' software because that will help us keep on top of any queries or issues our customers have so we can better serve our customers.
We do care about women having better births otherwise we would not be doing what we do but we are human and have got our service wrong on this occasion and I am sorry. Thanks again for your feedback as it will help us move forwards.
