This is what I found out. On the 21st of August you ordered 9781905220663 Effective Birth Preparation Hospital) MP3. ie. you ordered a download, not a CD so won't receive anything in the post.
You will have got an online receipt at the time of your order after successful checkout with the "done" button at the bottom. This page has an order summary and it will have had a link on it at the bottom enabling you to download your files. Also an email will automatically been sent with a link in it to you. Its possible this may have got stuck in your spam. I will resend you the link so you can succeed with your download and start using NH.
