Regarding the meal arrangements, we understand that sharing a plate may not suit everyone’s preferences. We also regret to hear about your challenges with hotel room allocation and accessibility. At 84 years young, your comfort and convenience should have been prioritised. It is disappointing to know this was not the case, and we sincerely apologise for any difficulty or discomfort caused. The comment regarding the Travel Director’s attitude and handling of your voucher is especially concerning. We will review this matter internally, as we believe every guest deserves respectful, solution-focused service throughout their journey. Please be assured that your experience does not reflect the standard we aim to provide.
