We fully understand that visiting the Sagrada Familia is a significant highlight for many of our guests, and we deeply regret the disappointment caused by the change in access. While our team made every effort to secure admission tickets, availability was unfortunately limited, requiring us to make alternative arrangements for that day in the itinerary. We sincerely apologise to those affected. Additionally, we are sorry to hear your concerns regarding the clarity of included experiences versus optional experiences.
