We sincerely apologise for the hotel shortcomings you described, including maintenance and comfort concerns, which fall short of the standards we aim to uphold. We're equally sorry that the pace of the itinerary, particularly in Rome, felt too demanding and did not accommodate guests with physical limitations. Your suggestion to extend the itinerary to better manage the major sites is duly noted and has been shared with our Product Development team. We also regret the lack of time for souvenir shopping and the poorly timed visit to the Trevi Fountain, which understandably impacted the experience. Regarding fellow guests’ behaviour, while we aim to foster a respectful and considerate environment, we deeply regret the discomfort and illness this caused you.
