Thank you for this detailed feedback regarding your tour. We appreciate you highlighting the difficulties encountered by those who chose not to take the Optional Excursion to Germany. Regrettably, alternative arrangements had to be made using tram, train, and coach services to return to the hotel, and we recognise the inconvenience this would have caused, particularly for families travelling together. This is valuable information, and we will pass it on to the Operations Department for review of how transport is coordinated on days when an Optional Excursion runs alongside free time in Luxembourg City.
