We'd nevertheless like to apologize for any discomfort you may have felt as a result of these complications, including the incident at St. Pancras station. With that said, we regret to learn that you felt some of the dining experiences did not meet the high standards that we're recognized for. To continue, we recognize that you would have liked for most of the Optional Experiences to be included in the itinerary. These activities take the form of additional activities so that our guests have the opportunity to spend their leisure time relaxing or sightseeing further. Operated by third-party suppliers, we do not have a say in what protocols our partners follow, although we strive to ensure they also offer services of the highest quality. Furthermore, Insight Vacations proudly uses customized coaches with forty seats, reduced from typical fifty-three seaters, thus giving our guests more leg room and comfort. Although we cannot guarantee a minimum group size, we can therefore guarantee that the group size will be no more than forty and are consequently disheartened to learn of this miscommunication between you and your travel agent. We nevertheless remain hopeful that your experiences in Portugal inspired the creation of endearing memories and for the chance to restore your full trust in Insight Vacations.
