It was great to read about your overall satisfaction with the Northern Spain guided holiday and we're thankful for you sharing your feedback. We regret to learn that you felt some of the Optional Experiences did not maintain standards as high as the rest of the itinerary and have consequently shared these comments with our Product Development team for review. Please know that our Travel Directors are knowledgeable, experienced, and undergo extensive training to maintain consistent professionalism. It is therefore disheartening to hear your concerns and they have been passed on to our Operations Team for review. Regarding the itinerary, we of course regret to learn of your displeasure with its pace, considering we take much pride in visiting such exciting destinations. We otherwise hope you experienced lasting memories and your guided holiday was particularly uplifting.

While we are delighted that you enjoyed taking in all of the sights on the Eastern Discovery, we are disappointed that the pace of the trip wasn’t as you had anticipated. This regional journey does take our guests to explore this region in depth and perhaps one of our Easy Pace travel styles may be more suited to your preferences going forward. Nonetheless, we have passed on this comment and those regarding your meals and the Travel Directors’ communication to the concerned departments for review. However, we hope to share more remarkable destinations with you in the future and to have the chance to restore your full trust in our guided vacations.
