We strive to ensure that our guests’ journeys are seamless throughout; therefore, we are disappointed that you felt the itinerary was rushed and the quality of the hotels weren't to our high standard. However, we have communicated your feedback to our Operations Department to help ensure that our passengers continue to have the most comfortable travelling experiences. Nevertheless, we hope that you have taken many highlights away from your time with us in Italy. 

Our Travel Directors are there to ensure that your journey is as smooth as can be and so we are delighted that Debra took great care of all of the finer details of trip. We always endeavour to include the perfect amount of time in each location for our guests to take in the attractions; however, we appreciate you leaving us with your honest feedback which our Product Development team will be happy to review.
