It was great to read about the overall excellent time you had on the Britain and Ireland Explorer guided holiday, as your first-hand insight is very important to us. Our guests will normally receive their travel documents two to three weeks before the trip commences once all of the features of the itinerary have been confirmed and payment has been received. However, we truly regret to learn of any delay to your trip packets arrival and any inconvenience encountered as a result. Furthermore, we are sorry that your stay in some locations wasn't as you had anticipated as we endeavour to select accommodations that complement our itineraries. We have passed on all of your concerns to our Quality Control and Operations Team to ensure a better experience going forward and to help make any necessary improvements to the itinerary.
