Our Tour Directors are there to provide practical assistance and ensure that our guests can explore their destinations in confidence. That is why; it makes us happy to learn that Robin's humour helped to make your journey so exciting. What's more, we are very pleased that you had a wonderful experience with Insight Vacations on the Classic Mid Atlantic tour, and we hope that you have created some fantastic family memories.

While we try to provide as much information about our itineraries on our website and in your travel documents sent out in advance; unforeseen circumstances can lead to a change in your schedule and this does make providing detailed information well in advance slightly challenging. However, our Tour Directors send out a welcome email to our guests before their tour begins and this provides the opportunity for us to help personalise your individual experience. Furthermore, we are sorry to learn that there were aspects of the cruise that were not as you had anticipated and we have forwarded this feedback to our Quality Control team for their review. Nonetheless, we are delighted that so many elements of the tour came together to create a wonderful experience for you and we hope that you have taken many excellent memories away from your time in Greece.

It pleases us to read that you enjoyed your carefully selected itinerary and your stay at the accommodations throughout the tour. However, as we are passionate about creating enriching journeys for our guests; we are sorry that the service was not as you had expected. Given this, we have forwarded your concern to our Operations team to help make the necessary improvements. Furthermore, we always strive to provide a great mix of interesting Optional Experiences for our guests to choose from. Yet, we regret to learn that you did not value this selection and so we have we communicated this with our Product Development team for their review.
