With Insight Vacations, arrangements are made to ensure that check-in and checkout procedures at the hotels run smoothly. However, as with all international hotels, rooms cannot be guaranteed to be ready before mid-afternoon. Furthermore, we want our guests dining experiences to be nothing but authentic and delicious. Therefore, we are sorry to learn that you were not completely satisfied with the selected meals.
