Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered review. We are pleased to learn that you had such an enjoyable time, that you travelled with a congenial group, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive contribution to your journey. Your comments on your Coach Driver's skill and the sense of safety it gave you, and on the care with which your Travel Director arranged and managed each day, are most appreciated. We were sorry to read that the pace of the itinerary left you feeling overwhelmed at times. Early starts, brief stops for meals and rest breaks, and limited free time can understandably become tiring over the course of a tour. We also value your reflection on the number of Optional Excursions, and your observation that taking them all contributed to the fatigue felt by many in your group. We will consider these points carefully when reviewing the balance of our programmes and the guidance we give guests when they select excursions. As this was your first journey with us, we are grateful that you would travel with us again, and we would be delighted to welcome you on a future tour.

We are pleased to learn that you found our service responsive, professional and helpful, and that your Travel Director and the Coach Drivers in Sicily and Malta contributed so much to your experience. It is especially rewarding to hear that the itinerary was well paced and included such interesting destinations, and that the balance between Optional Excursions and free personal time suited you. Your kind remarks are most appreciated. We hope the journey through Sicily and Malta will remain a source of fond memories, and we would be delighted to welcome you on a future tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review. We are pleased to learn that you found the experience so rewarding, and that your Travel Director's experience, local knowledge and good humour enriched every location. Your kind remarks about your driver's skill in navigating heavy traffic and narrow roads are also most appreciated. We value your suggestion regarding the itinerary. We understand that combining the Vatican and the Colosseum in a single day makes for a demanding schedule, and that additional time in Rome and at Lake Maggiore would have been welcome. Your comments will be considered carefully when we review the balance of our programmes. We hope the journey will remain a source of fond memories, and we would be delighted to welcome you on a future tour.

We are also grateful that the Optional Excursions allowed you to see more, and for your kind recommendation to others.
