Insight Vacations Reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It is most encouraging to learn that the tour represented good value and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver contributed so positively to your experience. We were sorry to read of the difficulties you encountered with the bathroom at the château. A slippery bath without a mat or shower screen is not acceptable, particularly for older guests, and we appreciate you drawing it to our attention. We will raise this with the Operations Department so that appropriate safety measures are put in place for future travellers. We are pleased that the setting itself made such a strong impression, and we hope that this single shortcoming did not detract unduly from an otherwise enjoyable journey through France. We would be delighted to welcome you on a future tour.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the itinerary and found the service and group experience rewarding. Your comments regarding hotel standards are appreciated and will be taken into consideration for future improvements. The suggestion to include the Meteora Monasteries is most helpful, and we will review how best to incorporate this into upcoming itineraries. Thank you once again for sharing your observations.
