Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and generous feedback on your tour of the Northeast. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the tours so professionally managed, and that the Travel Directors were so well qualified and knowledgeable. We are also pleased that you found the experience both educational and spontaneous, with official sites and local insight in Boston, the islands and Rhode Island combined so effectively. We appreciate your recognition of how the schedule was adapted to accommodate the recent storm, and we are grateful for your kind words about your Coach Driver, whose knowledge of the areas visited and entertaining manner complemented the whole journey. It was also a great credit to your Travel Director that she responded so conscientiously and unselfishly when a colleague was injured on the ferry, supporting the incoming Travel Director while continuing to look after her own group. We were sorry to learn of the injury, and hope that the colleague concerned has recovered well. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.
