The tour manager and driver were excellent. They both provided excellent service and tried to look after everyone’s needs.

I called Insight customer service with questions before my tour started and my cals was quickly answered and my questions were always answered.

I'm still waiting on a response and refund for the prepaid hotel transfer we didn't use.
