How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Matt was very quick to set up what I needed. He was also able to contact Blackbaud to help get things sorted.

quick and easy. Great stuff for something that will really help us as an organisation (i.e. do more in terms of communicating with people, not just fixing a problem :))

this has been an involved issue which has constantly evolved as the issue changed. I had a number of positve conversations to resolve issues as they cropped up. Very well done.
