This product is desperately wanted by my mother and as a result it was ordered for a christmas present for her. If you review the photographs sent to your company, big deep cracks all around the base are definitely flaws. The item looked like a second product and not something that should have been sent out. Being all round the base meant there was no angle the cracks could not be seen. Giving that product as a gift would have been embarrassing and degraded your brand. I was offered a replacement but after waiting two weeks for this product when it should have taken 5 days, I was already running out of time for christmas. The product was out of stock on your website (due to the huge delay in delivery) and it was uncertain if there were any in your stores. Even if there was one in one of your stores, they are not accessible to me as I live nowhere near them. I was then informed that if there was one, it could be sent out to me but would take a few weeks. Again as it is a Christmas present I could not risk the delay again so I had no choice but to buy the product at another company with no flaws and it arriving within 5 days.
