money taken - not received the order ora reply over a month later
They could deliver my product or at least reply to my emails OR refund the hundreds they have taken from me with absolute silence on my order status.

Shame that pot arrived in pieces inside packaging. Replacement was provided but a small fine crackline underneath the glaze appears. Hope it won't cause future issues, not bother to exchange again.
