Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner AirClean Filtration Surface Adjuster Floorhead 890W Suction Power 2L Bagless Capacity Product Description Introducing the Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog Pro, featuring a flexible hose connector which enables comfortable, ergonomic handling. The lever action allows the floorhead to be manoeuvred more easily and takes pressure off your wrist. Vortex technology produces an enormous flow rate of more than 100 km/h. Combined with the specially designed airtight floorhead and the aerodynamic airflow, the bagless vacuum cleaner achieves a first-class cleaning performance. This ensures that coarse debris and fine dust can be separated highly efficiently. The coarse debris lands in the transparent dust container, while the fine dust goes into a separate container with a fine dust filter. Due to the high air throughput of the specially designed motor, the extremely high flow velocity ensures outstanding separation of coarse soiling and fine dust in different containers. The containers are emptied completely through the bottom with a minimum of dust being blown around. Special sensors measure the air throughput of the GORE CleanStream fine dust filter and automatically activate the ComfortClean self-cleaning function as needed. To complete this, the appliance switches off for about 20 seconds. The ComfortClean function can also be activated manually. Thus, ComfortClean guarantees consistently high cleaning performance. Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners are equipped with three high-quality, standard attachments: upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle and dusting brush. They are stored dust-free inside the appliance or exclusively with Miele on a VarioClip and are always conveniently within reach.

Doesn’t pick up dog hair easily, have to go over the same area several times. Doesn’t go up to the edges very well. Not easy to clean, there is one filter I still cannot remove and it is fairly heavy...

About Hughes
After serving on the western front throughout the Great War, Frank Hughes trained as an electrical engineer before founding the business in Lowestoft, Suffolk, in 1921. Originally rewinding industrial electrical motors for Lowestoft's fishing fleet, Frank bought his first shop in 1928, where he built and sold radios while the family lived above. The business was incorporated in 1946, but the following year Frank passed away, leaving his children Peter, Phyllis and Jim to take over the management of the company. To this day, more than 100 years on, we remain a true family business with the third generation, with Robert and Jeremy Hughes, now at the helm. We were quick to embrace and introduce new technologies as they developed, such as televisions and labor-saving kitchen appliances. By renting these products, they became affordable for the typical household in the post-war austerity years. This early equipment was notoriously unreliable and the engineering background of the company meant that we were well placed to develop a large service infrastructure to repair them. Geographic expansion soon followed and we now have 19 stores and 5 service depots.
