You warranty covers you for 1 year labour and 10 years parts so you are able to have the fault amended free of charge.
When booking an engineer visit you should have been given a date that the engineer is coming out to fix your appliance, if you are still waiting on a part will let you know when we are able to fix your appliance however if you require some more information please contact the service team for a update on: 03448 224 224
