My point clearly made by someone in customer service who replies saying sorry I’m disappointed with my appliance, and misses the most important part of the feedback. It’s the customer service that’s appalling. Clearly demonstrating my point ⬆️ Either an automated reply or just someone who doesn’t take the time to read. Either way, poor.
