Good Morning. Please accept my apologies as we were not aware of this as sent the mattresses via a national courier company as you required them quickly as per your request and this is something that we would not normally do as we have no control over the delivery as we would when delivering on our own transport.
I will pass you feedback onto the courier company that made the delivery and let them investigate.
I am pleased that you are more than happy with the quality of the mattresses though that have been delivered and look forward to supplying more in future and will deliver on our own transport in future or by different courier.
