I’m so sorry to hear of the problems experienced with the travel documents issued by Thomas Cook, for your recent holiday. I believe the Easyjet flights are a relatively new addition to the Thomas Cook programme which may explain some of the problems experienced, although this is certainly no excuse for the problems outlined in your review.
