Thank you for your feedback- I am concerned that you felt the need to write such a negative review in relation to our staff. We pride ourselves on the complete service we offer our customers and I will certainly look into this and do apologise With regards to the price increase on the holiday it is the tour operators who control the pricing on holidays no matter who you book with and these can fluctuate for many reasons mainly demand and availability. I appreciate this can be very frustrating however the holiday in question could also go up in price and we wouldn’t expect our customers to pay the difference once they have made a confirmed booking. Once again I can only apologise for the service you received and I assure you this will be dealt with. We have many satisfied customers and I hope you will consider us for your next holiday.
