I am sorry however the start of your holiday was not a success due to the cramped space and lack of bed for your daughter. As soon as the tour operator advises us of any changes we immediately forward the information on to you. We were not given any information of a change to your flight times so we were unable to advise you of this. This is something we will raise with the tour operator on your behalf to ensure this does not happen again. I hope you went on to have an enjoyable holiday and the delay did not spoil your time away.
