We were booked into the wrong hotel and the company refused to change the booking, we will not be using this company again

I understand when booking online mistakes can be made and in this instance we did try to resolve it so you were in the hotel you wanted. Unfortunately the tour operator you had booked with would not amend the booking, as per their terms and conditions. I am sorry we were unable to get this changed for you. I can see our staff did try once you had contacted us.
I am sorry the small mistake led to you being disappointed with your holiday. If there is anything we can help you in future, we do have telephone numbers for our Travel Advisors on our website and we also have a Live Chat facility whereby you can discuss any holiday or check details prior to booking with a member of our online support team.
