Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and we are sorry that the accommodation did not meet your expectations during this stay. Upon investigation you were upgraded free of charge during your previous visit. This is something that we endeavour to do when we have availability ,to add in value to our guests stay. However we cannot guarantee that we are always able to upgrade all of our guests and the only way to ensure that you are allocated a certain grade of accommodation is to pay for it at time of booking. We note that you received the grade of accommodation that you paid for and unfortunately during your last stay we were not able to upgrade you free of charge as all of those units were already booked by other guests that had paid the higher charge. As you were also requesting a pet unit we were further restricted to move you to any other free upgraded unit. We did speak to you and other members of your party during your stay and we apologise as we thought that you had understood and accepted the fact that we could not provide a free upgrade on this occasion. We hope that this experience has not dissuaded you from returning to Bashley and one of our booking team will be happy to advise you on the style and grade of accommodation that you require .
