Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Many thanks for your feedback. I am delighted to hear you are a regular guest and the whole family enjoy their holidays with us. I am sorry the new outdoor activities and the arcade were a disappointment to you. The arcade receives attention and machines are repaired as soon as possible. Good news the long awaited additional play ground equipment will be arriving in April and will be fitted by the end of that month. I hope you return soon and are pleased with the new additions.

Nice break but next time would book caravan with slope as opposed to steps.

Very helpful and obliging staff - lovely clean site and caravan was superb. Unfortunately the weather spoilt what should have been a lovely holiday. The cafe was excellent.

Our teams across park work really hard to ensure our standards are kept high. If you would like to book a holiday home with a ramp instead of steps, you would need to book our disabled unit, as currently that is the only caravan with a ramp we have available.
