Staff were excellent. Polite and helpful. Free upgrade on caravan. Bed mattress was poor and could feel the springs. Used a second duvet on the bed to make it more comfortable. Clean caravan but...

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and the accommodation was of a good standard and reasonably priced. Dogs were welcomed and plenty of walks to take them on....

I am sorry the new outdoor activities and the arcade were a disappointment to you. The arcade receives attention and machines are repaired as soon as possible. Good news the long awaited additional play ground equipment will be arriving in April and will be fitted by the end of that month. I hope you return soon and are pleased with the new additions.
