Caravan wasn't cleaned properly we had to ask for oven dishes to cook with and the entertainment at the club house was poor.

I do appreciate that some dog owners are more responsible than others, and that this had somewhat hindered your holiday experience. We are currently in discussion about the dog charge, and any possible changes would be implemented in 2019.

Lovely caravan and surroundings

Only marred by not getting the lodge shown on Hoseason's website - which the receptionist at Hoburne told me immediately I checked in was illustrative only but was misleading.

Overall a very nice caravan, clean and spacious. Noisy during the week because of a nearby timber yard. Facilites were very good. Would have liked the pool to open earlier.
