Great Service in that I ordered online and the items were delivered a few days later with no fuss or worry. I was kept up to date with the delivery process and all was really good.

Hello Lesley we were sorry to hear that the incorrect skirt was sent to you and I'm glad that our team here refunded you and sent a pre paid envelope. This hardly ever happens and really shouldn't ever happen! Thank you so much for giving us another try and ordering a dress in July,  I can see that we didn't receive a return for it - we hope you were happy with your second purchase from us.
