Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I think the points you make are largely due to either misunderstanding or miscommunication, or are covered in our admittedly long confirmation email. Responding to your comments in order: we don't accept Insurastore because, in our opinion, their terms of cover are not acceptable; VAT is indeed shown and/or included in all of our prices; while I understand that you were aware that a deposit was required, I am sorry that it was not clear that it would be returned only at the end of your storage term. We only charge for padlocks for those customers who need them - this enables us to charge lower prices for everyone else. I hope that your experience of our free collection service next week will renew your trust in us, and I will call you then to check that our team has looked after you.
