Hi Alec,

I am sorry to hear this. With delivery to France & European countries it can take longer.

I can confirm your order left us on the 25th May but orders via Airmail to France are out of our control.

We state on the website, Please allow 5 to 15 days to be delivered. It shouldn't be much longer.
