Nothing like what was advertised. Took ages waiting on the phone first to get the plants collected then chasing my refund - very poor service iverall.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I really am so sorry you received such poor quality plants, and I completely understand how this has been so frustrating for you. So than you for letting me send you 3 x Photinia as an apology. Photinia Red Robin has stunning red foliage which looks amazing against the deep green of the older foliage. They will also produce clusters of delicate white flowers in spring. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. The photos of pallets of mixed height mixed colours are total lies. The word description of what's included is accurate - so make sure it is double checked and don't trust the images as they're false...
