Hawthorn, which is also known as Crataegus monogyna, is a fast-growing, deciduous native hedge plant. It bursts into life with an abundance of iscented white blossoms and green leaves, before turning into red fruits, known as 'haws' during the autumn months. Hawthorn's sharp thorns makes it an effective protective barrier around gardens.

Hi Jake, Thank you so much for taking the time to lave a review. I am so sorry you only received half of your order, so thank you for being so understanding and for letting us fix this for you. And I hope all of you Hawthorn plants are now in the ground and are settling into their new home. Hawthorne is a native, deciduous species, so your plants will have lost their leaves during autumn and will have arrived looking rather sorry for themselves, they will burst back into leaf again in spring and and flower and will eventually produce berries. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon.
