How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Small pots were delivered separately to the rest of my order, in a flat box with the pots on their sides. Contents were dislodged in some cases, with some damage to branches.
