Hi, Thank you for your feedback and for being so lovely on our emails. I am so sorry 4 x of your Lavender arrived in such poor condition and I am also sorry for the delay in resolving this for you. Your 4 x replacement Lavender will be leaving us today for delivery tomorrow, so you complete your planting. The lilac flowers on your Lavender will smell amazing and will attract lots of wonderful butterflies and bees. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. So thank you for being so lovely when I spoke to you before. As discussed I have processed a replacements order for you and I have arranged delivery for Wednesday 21st May, so you can complete your planting. Lavender is a wonderful fragrant plant will lilac flowers that will attract lots of butterflies and bees to your garden that I hope you enjoy.
