How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Plants look healthy. However two were out of their pots and there didn't seem to be enough soil around one or two. I think more packing should have been around the plants to safeguard them as much...
