Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The response times on the website are pretty slow. Also the live prices on the app are not updated in real time on many shares. Those are my two main gripes.

Hi If you have live prices enabled and are logged into the app then London Stock Exchange share prices are live. Other prices are delayed by at least 15 minutes. When you place a deal you will be shown a live quote, provided this is available. If you need help with anything, please get in touch. Thanks Stephen
