Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

It is my view that you should have worked longer hours to keep on top.

I have found that when I have made an enquiry via email, I have had to wait 3 or 4 days for a reply, and in that time the stock I was considering purchasing had significantly moved upwards in price.
