Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

It is our view time spent in the market is more important than trying to time the market; i.e. focus on the long term, rather than trying to predict the peaks and troughs of short-term market movement. We aim to provide you with quality information which will help you select better long-term investments. We are investigating having the fund prices displayed on our website update more rapidly. I am sorry you are unclear on our charges. We endeavour to have a clear system of charges which we believe is highly competitive. There is no start-up cost or blanket annual charge for the SIPP.
