How do we verify reviews?

Good apart from item missing.

Service very quick but item missing from the order, emailed but have had no response or missing item.

We do not seem to have received the customers emails in regards to the missing item however we have now called the customer so we could get that rectified. We can only apologise if we have made an error or missed something, we do try to ensure that all orders are 100% correct but they are picked and packed by humans so we can sometimes get it wrong. We will however always make sure that we rectify any errors immediately and have called the customer in this case.
