We did accidently send your goods out on the wrong postal service, we apologised profusely and refunded the shipping fee immediately however 1 extra day in the post is not going to make a product with a best before date of 2026 unusable. We did explain this.
We did not refuse a refund, we were always happy to refund the goods but you refused to return them.I am not sure why you did not want to return it. You took your case to Paypal who also offered rejected your claim they did offer you a full refund on return of the goods but again you did not want to return it, you wanted to keep the £40 order and get a refund because it was 1 day late. As a small business that is not sustainable.
