According to all our records we have not had any contact with yourself so i am not sure how we have dissapointed you. If you are having a problem with your culture contact us and we will help you get brewing but we cannot help if you do not let us know that you are having issues. Brewing Kombucha is a skill and sometimes as these are live cultures things can go amiss. Contact us with photo's of your problem and we will help you resolve them.

We have not recieved any contact from yourself in regards to your brew. We do advise in the instructions to contact us if you think you have mold (as there are lots of things in Kombucha that look like mold but are not and are normal) as 99% of the time it is not mold and the issue can be solved with a small brewing tweak. We cannot however help if you do not contact us and throw away the culture without giving us the oportunity to help.
Kombucha brewing is a skill and its not quite just as simple as just following the instructions. That is why we have a whatapp support channel (we generally reply within an hour within working hours) to offer help and guidance and would encourage all customers to contact us if they think they are having problems with their brew. We cannot help if we do not know there is an issue.
