Failed to deliver twice third time lucky we hope

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with delivery on this occasion. The majority of our deliveries to domestic customers are made on 18 tonne vehicles, and whilst most deliveries are made without a hitch, we do understand that this delivery method is not suitable for everyone. I can see we have arranged to deliver fresh turf to you on a smaller vehicle on Tuesday 9th November. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any further assistance.
